What do you think - More Rph layoffs and how soon?

I believe severances are usually a separate account just like unemployment. So in order for people to voluntarily leave , they will either offer severance or offer a job with reduced hours and hourly pay. Just my thought.
I am senior staff, survived first round. This isn’t over, DM pretty much alluded. The hours available now are limited, tries to tell you that you’ll have to use PTO to make base. Also, I do not think next round will come with a severance package. Believe the first round of severance packages were already accounted in market/regional P&L
There will be more layoffs. Almost a given. After all, they only eliminated 40% of their "senior" staff, according to unverified reports. You can bet that the goal is to layoff 100% of such staff. Round 2 will probably begin in 60 to 90 days, when the last round is no longer eligible to pick up the newly created jobs because their "displacement" period has expired.
This is just beginning people! Until all of you are working for $40 to $50 an hour, there will be no letting up. And if you no longer want to put up with all the demands for so little, then step aside. The body count is going to be cutthroat for quite some time, and there will always be somebody desperate enough to fill your shoes and take your job for less than you ever before believed.
This is our new reality. Pharmacy students should get out now. Every man for himself.
Don’t think so, just my opinion. Market managers HW - most likely !
