Verizon 2.0 is planing to eliminate SrManagers .

With all these VPs, we look like a bank.
Hope my old senior manager gets affected.
They will just change their titles to SMTS or DMTS which is same pay and lot less headaches
Every one is a Sr Manager now a days. Verizon has more Sr Managers compared to normal Managers.
If they want to flatten the org structure, maybe they should eliminate 50% all the VPs in GTS.
They said that initially, but continue to hire more.
How will they eliminate them? By making them all ADs?
