Any idea of the headcount on the ILEC side vs. the CLEC side?

Uh wrong the vast majority of employees actually work in the field as technicians Sales and HR? Not the majority of anything. There are by far more people on the ILEC side of the house. That’s because the unions are there and the company can’t just cut the headcount any way they want to like they can with the non union CLEC side.
Don’t they have to separate all the $$ for the regulators on the ILEC side?
Does that work very well?
Vast majority of employees aren't split into those distinct categories. Eg. Sales - they'll sell you a CLEC solution if you're not in ILEC territory and vice versa. There isn't CLEC vs ILEC IT, or CLEC vs ILEC HR, or any of those things.
