Job fair held at our club today. Quite a number of people filling out applications. Can't imagine why anyone would want to work here. Great starting pay? Nope! Flexible hours? Nada! Family oriented? Zero! Opportunity for career advancement? Don't make me laugh! Wonder how long these newbies will last once they get a taste of the whip!

What is the rate of pay for new hire ?
I am a 20 plus year associate..it has been my practice to never say a negative thing about the club or company to new hires. I welcome them and wish them well.. No need to tell them what they will know soon enough.
Gee, I can't imagine why I would work with people not willing to accommodate a newbie during their new work schedule... Why ? Gripe about help, yet make it impossible for them to integrate...Flexible hours depend on the willingness of the team. Give a little bit, maybe you'll need a day off later. It ain't always going to work, but dang it it , being able to trade a day or two won't blow up the world! Make your job easier!
Sad to say the turnover rate at my club was about 50% gone after a couple of weeks
Don't worry. They will be on this site soon enough. We've all made up our own minds about this dispicable place. They're coming in blind. Poor things.
They wont last long, because the seasoned people like yourself will make sure they hate it, so they can be just as miserable as yourselves.
Chill. Don’t tell them all that. I don’t care if they only stay a week. I’m tired of listening to cricket at night.
