Desperate times and all that. Unfortunately, Macy's will not last. It was once such an iconic store. Last Act, I believe, was the beginning of the end. Of course having Managers with no backbone and returning any old thing did not help. Even with the revised return policy some mgrs are still taking everything back. What a shame.
Macy’s is on pure damage control. Will try anything to remain relevant.
