Except I am noticing no body in upper management is even lifting a finger to plug the holes and reset the sails.
Everyone of our top brass, are to busy creating stupid flunking ideals in STORY - Backstage - Pride parades and day trading stocks.
I HOPE THEY ARE MONITORING THESE POST -
Sometimes you cant jockey behind a desk to get things done, your employee base has lost trust and hope in you.
Sometimes you just have to do things the old fashioned way - Role up your sleeves, quit playing around all dang day and get dirty until your out of danger.
YOU ALL KNOW WHAT IS WRONG - SO SHUT UP, QUIT WASTING VALUBALE TIME AND C-ap PROJECTS AND STUPID PARADES AND GET TO FREAKING WORK. AND DONT FORGET TO LET US ALL SEE HOW HARD YOU ARE WORKING RIGHT OUT HERE BESIDE US.
If you want us to trust again, there is no title that can just magically make that happen. Its all about your willingness to role up your sleeves, get to know me on a personnel basis and work along side of us that you say is the backbone of the company.
So again what are you waiting for and invitation - Well here it is... Dive on in peaks coming and the water is hot and murky, but it has to be done all the same. plenty of work to go around for all of us and you too if your willing.
