Are the days off options the same for all clubs or does it depend on which tier your club is in. In other words are some clubs allowed to give weekends off to seniority but other clubs not. Also how can we as hourlies be sure we are not being lied to by our local management?

If home office was smart they would send someone or have someone not in the club check the schedules, and I don’t mean another club mgr or any manager . I know they would have an eye opener . They would find out how these managers and what they are being told by them

As far as the differences in information...they will just say each club, area, etc is different
Every club is different, it depend on ur daily head count
There is no consistency at all basically managers are trying to use this to there advantage so they can continue to show up late leave early and be off on the weekend.
