Just let go after 21 years at Deans. You better make sure you have at least 2 months salary in savings and a fresh resume. Because you will be next.

My husband was informed his last day will be Friday, his manager implied that a “decision” had been made during the holiday weekend that several members of management were “redundant” and changes were needed to improve the company’s performance. I believe the curse has been broken, after the last year we are free. We have made many friends over the past years, and this has been discussed often. As a plant employee that knows hardwork he is free to leave with his head held high. We love you dearly. JSBT thank you dad for everything.
Must be Snoop Dogg
If you have any common sense and work ethic then you will probably be laid off.
If you’re an incompetent mo--n, then you will get promoted to management with Dean Foods. And who knows...if you’re a total dipsh!t they may even put you in an execute level role!!!
Ken is correct. My co worker of 16 years was just let go this morning. Management is cleaning house of a lot of vet employees in favor of temps or people non vested. I suggest everyone be on alert and watch your backs at your plants.
Another one bites the dust....HAHA.
Can you say where this is at ?
Management are not the only ones getting cut. Just watched a longtime employee take the “walk of shame” and get the same treatment as a fired employee by getting escorted out via breakroom exit.
