Does anyone know what company is doing all the repairs for RAC after they closed all of the repair centers?

Lol! Not allowed to post. Sounds like typical RAC. Breaking all types of Constitutional Rights.

This is the thing. The Company itself, most customers, and duties of the job (when done correctly) are all good. The character traits of the employees bring all these to incredible lows and decreases morale.

They need a real-time overhaul of the employee base. Any person with even an ounce of good work ethic has left or were rooted out. This is because DM’s, SM’s and regional managers who don’t have good work ethic possibly felt their jobs are at risk because the good employees READ and know how companies are to be ran.

I’m going to post. I don’t work there anymore, but this site is funny.

I miss the customers at RAC.

Working with a different demographic now where people have money and pay with cash. These ‘well-off’ customer types are complete a-holes. Lol!

If you need a reason to stay at RAC, most of your customers will be it. They’re awesome when treated correctly.

The impact to the PL is based on the manager. For example, if a dryer is not drying properly, the manager could pay around $75 for someone to diagnose the problem. Or..the best thing to do will be for the manager to take ownership and see if it is a simple fix like cleaning out lint.

Managers are also able to negotiate service costs and check prices through other vendors in a local area.

The P/L will be affected however that store manager sees to it!!

It is actually a lot worse, the is a TON of merchandise that needs charge off. Wait til that hits the P/l.

Put all your broken merchandise and storage and wait for the dm to charge it off.

There is no company doing the repairs for all stores. It is up to each store to find local repair companies to do what repairs are needed.
