Who will managers protest against. Themselves?
Yes lets unionize so all the managers who do nothing could then officially do even more nothing and never be fired for it. That will solve everything. Then when things get rough said union can force the company into bankruptcy so the union leaders can make sure they get their $17M parachute. Good plan.
