Your union can't help you but you can help your self if all crafts and departments stand together delay trains and repairs if crews to up with reason why the can't move like brakes won't bell or they keep getting a penalty or a unit keeps shutting down. If mechanical department drag there feet say for example it takes a shift to get a broken bolt out or. Lap tops keep dying or want link up you get the. Jist but it takes everyone so spread the word only you and your brother's can save your jobs dealays equal $$$ what they're trying to save at your expence if they start loosing money then it will be your ceo's head on a shopping block not yours. Some of the old heads close to retirement may not want to play along but say your 2 months from retirment and they deside to shut our shop down gues what you're not getting your 30 every one has to stick together like they say be your brother's keeper our I'm coming home with no job or tell me !!!! I'm laid off your union has no power but you do but it takes everyone to be on the same page so get the word out no other railroad employees stood up to psr if they has your job wouldn't be in danger it boils down to corporate greed don't let them make billions why your sitting home wondering how your going to support your self and family get the word out and stand up before your on the outside looking in you gave up so much for to railroad and they don't care anything about you so man up get the word out be your brother's keeper you have the power the railroad doesn't run without you !!!!!!!!!

Times are good - we just had a record breaking 1st quarter and profits are through the roof. The CEO also broke record in terms of comp, he's over 12 million in total comp right now. Oh, btw, we also decided to lay off a ton of laborers, boilermakers, pipefitters, machinists, electricians, oilers, firemen just for the heck of it...
