Unbelievable!! I was shocked to see the cost increase. And to top it off, they are out sourcing the Macy's services employees...... now we deal with a company called Alight. Guess where they are??? The Philippines! They do not even know about our plans let alone understand the English language. Thanks Jeff and Hal......... Give yourself another 18% pay increase.
