Has any of the fresh leads been talked to about now our schedules will be on a rotation ? I am hearing all kinds of rumors but nothing from management . I have even seen the floor leads rotating schedules but can not find any info about the Fresh Leads .
This is way associates get so upset . Management does not tell you anything
Basically it's a set MONTHLY schedule. instead of a set weekly schedule. Yes it's rotating but will be the same every 4 weeks.
yes its a rotating schedule. you will have a fixed MONTHLY schedule. Kinda s---s because long story short me and the produce lead switched so i could get a set 2 days off in a row a week then they switched it.. and the club manager still wants to go through with the switch so I got completely boned in the switch since the ONLY thing i was gaining was the 2 set days off in a row.
No one wants split days off. This is stupid.

Reddit only has the Floor Leads Rotating Scheduling. Was wondering if anyone has seen the Fresh a Leads one . You know we will find out here before management will ever tell us .
