The culture of yes men

I don’t think anyone can argue that this leadership put in a standard that only people that blindly follow the rules and never question the decisions of the tier above can hope to progress at Lowe's. I don’t have a problem understanding the yes men, but I really cannot believe the company wants their workers to be oriented only towards its own ambitions without any regard for the benefit of the company as a collective, which means questioning bad decisions.

culture of yes men comes from a leadership that is very insecure in their own talents and abilities. marv takes the same guys wherever he goes for this very reason.
