Haha. Have you ever talked to anyone that works in HR at Union Pacific? They can’t even do their own jobs much less hack random websites on the internet. Hell, our IT department couldn’t even do that. But put in a help ticket and after six months they’ll let you know they can’t for sure.

UP doesn't own the domain. All UP HR can do is contact the site admins and request that a post be taken down, and that is no different from what you can do about posts here that you don't like or agree with.
No, post that violate the rules are removed. Read the rules and you will see why post are removed. Most of the post that are removed are the ones that are just trolling and clearly written by uneducated people that are providing no benefit.
