Brothers we need to go on strike, all crafts need to lock arms and stand outside and picket. Im talking system wide, well call it strike across america!!! But make sure we lock arms though to show how united we are. Perhaps we could get some sort of chant to go along with it. Anyway lets start at North Platte and go from there.

If anyone needs to strike it’s management. They’re the ones with the inhumane working conditions lol. Just be sure when you strike to keep going to work because we got you on the schedule for the next 30 days haaaha.

I’m found a new job that pays a little less but is going to pay better in the long run. I guess this is my version of going on strike. I’m tired of this place! I’ve only worked here 7 years and finally have had enough. Good luck guys I’m glad I won’t have this stress anymore. My friend told me life is short why would you want to work somewhere where you are miserable? I thought about it for a while discovered indeed.com and found a job that was a good fit for me and my family.
Railroad workers will never go on strike. Not now, not ever.
The last time it happened, the military was called in to break the strike, and major legislation passed afterward that has been upheld by federal appellate court rulings makes it all but impossible to sustain a major strike by railroad workers.
Going on strike will do about as much to secure your jobs as tariffs and border walls (in other words, not much).
