Ive worked for lowes long enough to see its true colors, its true face. EVERY store I worked in, I tried to "fit in", take direction from store managers and asms's, and accept what they were selling. But I couldnt. The lies, the games, and them being so FOS was unbearable. Nothing makes sense, and they manage by lies, and threats.
In my 1st store, I simply had enough after a few months of absolute nonsense. One instance at the all-store meeting the SM stood in front of us and said emphatically, "there are NO individuals at Lowes! Then 1 minute later he said, "at this time I would like to hand out INDIVIDUAL achievements awards." This exemplifies the stupidity and double standard he constantly expected of us all. Soon after I transferred, he, and the human resources were both fired. Before that, an ASM was caught sending private pics to cashiers, but they made an announcement he was "leaving to seek his financial career".
The next store, more of the same. The district manager was fired, store manger, boat load of asm's, etc. Eventually the store mager too, 6 months after I left this unethical work place.
My 3rd store, on my 1st day, I was hauled into SM office where he told me he didnt want me in his store because he "talked to friends at store 1 and they said I was trouble." LOL - the man went to unethical friends of those fired to formulate his opinion of me. Some manager! His human resources crony followed suit, and did everything to label me and get me in trouble for no reason. That store manager was shipped out, on the typical "turkey trot" that Lowes does with bad managers but dips**t HR stayed. ASM's came and went like the wind, and the replacement SM went to another store, and 6 months later he too was fired. His replacement too, lasted 8 months, and fired for unethical actions.
ANYONE SEE A TRACK RECORD OR PATTERN HERE?
The current store I am in now, words cannot explain how bad it is on every level. Laws are being broken, and the cover ups are incredible. Everyone has quit, and we have but a handful of managres even wiling or forced for personal reasons to stay with the current SM.
This is the heart and soul of Lowes. Unethical and unprofessional to its core, Its personnel are weak, cowardly people placed in positions of power who simply run a store through lies, threats, and deceit. I am NOT the problem Lowes, I am your solution. But as long as you keep seeing employees like me as the problem, and these lying snakes your solution, you are doomed.
I have a 100% track record, of all top dogs in every store I worked in being fired! And it simply continues... Lowe's does not care.
My current SM only cares about staffing looking good on paper. He lies, makes up fake names, puts names on the schedules when that person isnt eve working that day, and completely manipulates not only the schedule, but all things in this manner.
Im sure you all know what Im saying is accurate, only the corporate blind refuse to accept it, or see it at all.
