Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

Competitive advantage

Since Dirk mentioned that DSD gives us a competitive advantage, and it does, does that mean when DSD ends we should dump our stock! Since we will lose any advantage DSD gave us, is it safe to assume our stock will crash? Share price will take a nose dive?

We know DSD is ending, should I as a shareholder know it’s time to cut my losses?

Just curious?

Mondelez is down this week as well.

The whole stock market is down! Separate from that.....retailers are pulling the plug on dsd! Yep, we’ve been saying that for some time now...and in that time look at the changes we’ve seen! CAO, EDI, branches closed, warehouses built, product went from pack 12 to pack 6 on lots of items....A tad bit hard to ignore, especially in light of all the other companies leaving dsd, and the lack of growth in the US! Argue all you want.....it’s ending!

FYI, Kellogg stock dropped 4 bucks so far this week. Mondelez is up! Dsd is strong!

It’ll be funny to see how the company spins things around to make warehouse better. They will have to reposition themselves with a new lie!! 🤥🤥🤥

I would say hang on. If anything share price will go up because we will become more profitable just like every other company who dumps huge, burdensome expenses. Unless your a day trader id look more to long term dividens.
