Looks like it's underway. At least 3 jobs (XDX) posted yesterday. None are posted internally. Guess that is a message.

I have heard targets of 50% of portfolio reduction. Total is north of 1500 I believe.
Having 1400 apps to run a company doesn't help either.
Anyone know how much they've been able to reduce the applications recently? They've tried for years without much success.
It’s ALWAYS someone else’s fault. And it NEVER gets fixed. For thirty years that I know of. Probably much longer.
Analyze the data all they want. Devices send bad/incomplete/wrong data back up to our back end systems. its like whack a mole trying to fix it on the back end since we can't patch all the devices in the field. Xerox technical debt. Won't get fixed unless someone owns device to back end system (billing, supplies, etc) and bludgeons our device partners into following specific requirements into a streamlined system
Billing has been broken forever. Everyone promises to fix it. It never gets fixed.
One of the biggest problems internally is getting accurate data.
The biggest problem is accurate customer billing. We haven’t been able to fix that.
Just read the job descriptions in Raleigh.
For decades xerox has been unable to pull together clean data. Simple reporting has been plagued with bad data. Everything from inventory to sales outlooks to sales results was suspect. Flawed data lead to countless wasted hours of efforts to resolve the discrepancies, duplicate efforts, manual overriding and unlimited frustration and distrust. Maybe soon we’ll get accurate reporting of basic data.
JohnV, dodgy at responding honestly to a question? Say it isn’t so!

XDX (Xerox Digital Experience) = new name for XIM
Story is that IM is consolidating to 3 "centers". I believe Raleigh, UK, India.
JV was asked about it in townhall today and was kind of dodgy.
What is happening in Raleigh? Jobs are moving?
