Investing in customer-facing technology to kick customers out the branches, while reducing internal investment and mandating employees return to office. Then, asking customers and employees what they think of you and ignoring the feedback. Cutting expense for shareholders is the only thing that matters. Maybe try thinking more than one quarter ahead.
As promised now that the survey has closed. This is what I placed in the remarks section.
Brian T. Moynihan received a 15% hike in his total compensation for 2018, Of the total compensation, $25 million is in the form of stock grants. Moynihan received total compensation of $26.5 million for 2018, up from $23 million for 2017 and $20 million for 2016. This equity incentive marks an increase from $21.5 million paid in 2017. The remaining $1.5 million is his annual salary, which remained unchanged. When 20.00 hr hits the minimum full time wage will be 41600.00 per yr. divide 1.5m by 41600.00 that’s 36 times what the starting wage is not so bad but divide 26.5 mill x 41600.00 that's 637 times min pay that is obscene. No one I talked to in my area got a 15% raise and even though most of his compensation is incentive based we have not had incentive pay in years, if it's ok for him it should apply to all of us. If he gets 15% we should all get 15%. Will you do this, no it’s the good old boy (and girl) executive network taking care of its self and the bednyak who are responsible for the everyday running of the bank are left out in Siberia. We need a Jimmy Hoffa era Teamsters Union or John L. Lewis era United Mine Workers Union to organize us. Unfortunately I’ll keep working with CWA or SEIU to get us fair treatment from the management of this company.

SLT needs to have greater transparency. Stuff that employees care about like worklife balance, MyWork, etc. My grass is no longer green.
