One more quit this week and another is leaving next! They can’t onboard as fast as people exit!🤣
Smart smart people, All finding new jobs. All are saying the same thing...Mondelez is the worst place to work! Of course no exit interview with any of they people to see what can be done to retain help,
Instead it’s a revolving door. Got people out in the field that have never been trained and retailers not happy! This equates to no displays or what you have comes down over the weekend when we are off and can’t babysit!

When the tariffs hit our move to Selinas will be just the karma Mondelez deserves! The Elf, made right here in the good ole USA ought to be able to capitalize well!!

Everything was positive at our meetings. We're investing in dsd. Adding more trailers and driver's. Adding more square footage to our DC. This will help out of stocks. This is a false news report. I'll let you know if anything changes.

Understood. You have to filter through the posts to pull relevant information. I keep finding myself checking the posts and I personally wont be affected by whether DSD ends or not.
This site has been very helpful in the fact that we have been able to share info from different parts of the country. We all know, or at least should know, that DSD is ending. Some people most definitely have a better handle on how things work in this industry! I’m one who was a nay sayers as far as where things were headed, no more though! It’s just a matter of time!

You guys are hilarious, There not going to tell your DM's and there not going to tell reps at a meeting, the only people who would know is Dirk and the people in his board room, and they will have a CC and then it will be over, look at kellogs and nestle how they did it. There's no reason to think otherwise, so this meeting will be status quo no big deal, is DSD ending absolutely, but not what you all are talking about.. The Managers will be gone as well, if your on the retail side not just the sales force...
