Stock is roughly where it was 5 years ago. Somethings never change (except CEO compensation). Good for day traders not good for the long term investors.

I was laid off and one of the questions my attorney asked was “are you aware of any SEC violations?” — made me think, is misleading investors a violation, or is that how it’s played in corporate USA when publicly traded?
If the investors were truly aware of this smoke and mirrors operation, price would plummet, in my view.
