West Corp going to change name now to hide its dysfunction that is going on because of new management and current management. Management is out of touch with what goes on from day to day in all areas of this company. Layoff rumors still happening ... no raises after being promised them... bankruptcy rumors... good people leaving... contractors being hired not invested in company.

The name change was discussed in high level meetings over a year ago! So, it's not a new idea, but for whatever reason it didn't happened.
Even the name of the company is getting laid off now? Wow.
Maybe they should change their name to Second Data since they hired so many former First Data execs. :-P. That would also align with their layoff and hiring strategies
