Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

whole foods trouble?

Is whole foods in trouble ?

Too many people injured on the job due to astl compressing tasks and cutting hours or moving them to later schedules either get hurt or quit .We reported safety issues and close calls but the issues are still there .Can we sue whole foods for pushing us to do more and the pase and work load are not reasonable pictures and videos were taken especially when we report the issue they just say your performance is bad and everything you do had been bad but there is no paper trail to speak for my performance but the astl decided to bring it up when i said something.

norcal really needs to evaluate their astl’s or any store leadership member.

They don’t care about you or anyone else. They are understaffing departments to the point that it’s physically impossible to get everything done. We’re barely able to get the product out on the floor, much less keep pointless logs of it all, and we don’t have enough people to take care of the customer. Retail mo--ns cut labor because it’s easier than growing sales and setting workers up for success. Do not, under any circumstances, work so hard for these people that you injure yourself. They’ll only pile more work on you and rip you apart when you make the tiniest mistake. Come in, do the best you can, go home. Don’t take it home with you. Free yourself of any remaining emotional attachment to this sinking ship.
