Gateshead paint shop money draining section ever over last three years..... none of products are to customer specification.

Previous comment is spot on, management in charge keep making changes but don’t see they are the problem .... themselves ....this will keep happening until management is changed at the top
Agree with last comment I work here also, not much work, incompetent management. Please offer me a small package I will take it as will most of the guys. We have no faith in another restructure.

Its a company wide issue. Not just one facility i can guarantee that.
And there is nothing you can do about it.
No wonder all the paint shop are constantly off there tits on d--gs and that's a well known fact
They just fill out paperwork with specs. But the inspection process is a joke. The paperwork dates it’s to spec, but the actual work is not done to spec!
That’s a harsh claim, out management have made sure all the process steps have been put in place to ensure our customer specifications are always met. Gateshead is an excellent example of a sublimely managed facility .... in your dreams.
