they had expected this, it was no surprise according to the all hands that I have attended.
The missing datapoint to this is that it's coming off the back of a year of huge growth and large deals. That's the one issue with Dell, every year they expect the same large deals to happen again . . so they miss the number eventually.
I dont see ISG dropping people just overtargetted sales staff choosing that time to leave now they have no hope of making their number for 13 quarters (that's how long a strong Q takes to wash out)
