ready for a call from either HR or Highest level director who reads a script telling me my position has been eliminated, when i will be paid thru, that I'm open to applying for any other internal positions, and Pearson appreciates my services. I'm pretty sure no one else will care what happened to me as others will get laid off too. The ones who stay will most likely have survivor's guilt and will not bother to call.
