Forgive me if everybody knows this, but I really don’t know and would like to have this info. I would like if HCL folks posted, that is, if there are any on this site.

Much better.
HCL Health Care Benefits are much better than Xerox. They offer a Gold Plan, Standard Plan, and High Deductible which all have different costs associated with them. You pick the one that best suits your needs. I use Gold-family. Cost is $270/month for 2019. HCL 401K match is 4%. The only benefit which I found Xerox offered that was better than HCL was the life insurance.
Benefits cost me less , STD is free whereas under Xerox costs me $13 per pay period, also HCL matches 401k every pay period, so yes for me they are better
The benefits are comparable but it costs me less.
