Early on, it was. I have been here for well over 15 years. I can say there was a time management was engaged.....now, not so much!!

File bankruptcy, don’t think so, these rumors are just that. West is way too solid and our leadership is outstanding taking us into the future. Those who left, let them go, those who are still here - we will carry this company onwards. We will Make West Corp Great Again. 🦄 MWCGA 🦄
I agree. The last few emails have pretty much shown what is in the works. From employees padding expense accounts to groups being split out. I would say the group at 8% would be 1st to go.
who knows if true, but that segmentation email looks a lot like packaging up business units to be sold together to me.
Not all have left. Some managers are giving a "heads up" to some employees.
There is no link. A lot of the "rumors" on here are people who have left or gotten laid off trying to stir the pot.
