I know we’ve never had good systems/software, but has anyone else noticed a huge increase in errors. It’s constantly one thing after another. Coupons, phone lines, inventory from truck not loading in, damages, sales not registering, registers randomly not responding etc. Thats just what I can think of from the FS side, I’m sure pharmacy has a list just as long. Maybe our store is just breaking 🤷🏻♂️....

The only two words used more than “known issue” is “manager discretion” !! CVS can only be described by two letters BS.
Speaking of system issue, the April P&L has yet to be released due to "system Issues".
CVS is an amazing company for rolling out new systems/upgrades and bring other systems down.
And yet corporate believes that there systems and programs are perfect! How about instead of the “known issue” response, maybe they actually try FIXING the problem!
Registers crashing at the end of the transaction with the "panic" message. Wondering how much this attributed to my shrink?
All evidence of corporate neglect.
And if I have to hear “it’s a known issue” one more time I’m gonna flip 😂
