Wow they are hurting bad for techs lol everyone is leaving... This is going on in upstate NY and Vermont area but I'm sure it is nationwide as well. Most of the techs are leaving for less pay at that.. should say something about how were treated by management and abused / overworked. The new routing system is a joke, as they just keep adding an adding calls to the techs routes. Morale is super low, you voice your opinion an try to assist then your punished indirectly by getting calls added to you that are even further away... I'm so glad I'm gone, I was so stressed out. The pay was great at 25 an up an hr but the games are not worth it. Get out now while your still healthy !! Sears is Toxic. All I'm hearing is techs leaving one after the other fast, and it is hilarious to me. I'm glad they finally are free...

Don't blame Routing, if the calls are dropping it's because they have been directed to do so. I Remember when they 1st got the Gant, by 2, or 3 we would drop the remaining calls, it was horrible. They only care about Numbers.

With the closing of Sacramento CA Routing, I'm sure it's horribly. Who is Routing the calls, the c-appy System, or Tech Managers, and Capacity Team?

I hear they wont even let you know when you will be able to go home until 2pm everyday. Force overtime daily without warning. No way to plan a life around this company. God bless you if you have a family. I hear its also bad for customers because they are waiting all day with no idea when the tech is coming, the tech doesnt know either because he hasnt been dispatched the call until routers feel like it. mo--ns are stull in charge at the top without a clue.

I hear you there.. it is getting extremely difficult to sell anything from Sears especially now and then you gotta win over the customers even more after they've been mistreated by the call centers. If the initial call for service determined that person has not purchased a service agreement of any kind, they get an American representative to set up the call. If they already paid and have a warranty the call is outsourced to either Pakistan or Indonesia not kidding about this. Sears is now in this time and age fraudulent and criminal in nature. Stay away or you'll be sorry.

The most difficult part is trying to sell (or face termination) a home warranty from a business in bankruptcy.
