As soon as a CM quits or gets fired there's another young one that thinks he can get it fixed and how he is going to turn it around. Managers hands are tied and they hate all the changes as much as you do they just cant advertise it. Overnights to days is a disaster and this new block scheduling is horrible. Not one CM wants to see one of the top performing associates leave because of how long it is going to take to get someone trained to take his or her place.

Our gm walked in a few weeks ago... right before all these new changes were announced and quit, lol. So did the assistant manager. I'd say they were the smart ones to get the hell outta here before sh-- really hits the fan.
My guess this must be over in Japan. Many businesses over there require you to remove your shoes and to either walk around in your socks or provided slippers.
So when your manager left for the day did they take your shoes instead?
