Is that Greenville?
And what are the chances that all $500 million will actually be spent?

it's a good deal, but it's an FFP basically. doing things the waco way will surely doom the program like it has done in the past to the VVIP programs and others. Only saving grace may be JS cooking the books and putting lipstick on the pig. What a joke!
Waco sure as hell needed this.
Great news for Waco, L-3 will always treat the customers well and provide very good quality of installs. The site has had a major reset in terms of quality and FOD prevention, toured a couple years ago, transition to World Class was very apparent, good luck.

Looks like Waco only. A Good bit of work for that facility. It will end up being a LOT more than $500M. That is not even $3 Mil per plane Mod at a 177 planes. Over a Billion when all is said and done.
