Marvin and co, the reason we underperform is due to lack of help in stores...and what help we have is overburdened with unreasonable tasks and jobs expectations. But hey, do more with less is your motto.

God bless you to while you do less. Today is my first day of doing less. I grew tired, very tired of my associates doing less so I have joined them.
Go do less.
I did start saying “God Bless” to customers I help. The manager heard me once and said that was “out of bounds”. I pointed out that Marvin says it to all of us. He said that was different and I would be written up if I said it again. I still say it. I hope he writes me up so I can send that one up the chain. I have numerous awards for service and will make a great test case. Go do less.
I don't under perform I just leave the Cape at home now and I have a lot more energy for my whole life
He's trying to outdo what Niblock promised the shareholders 10 years ago...double digit Comps and double digit cost cutting.
I feel your pain. At Lowe's you can be busting your azz doing your e and you get paged to stop what you are doing to do someone else's job . To me that's messed up. It's getting worse everyday. I did like working at Lowe's but for the ones who comes to work all the work of those who lay out fall on us it's not right. Next Tuesday is my last day enough is enough
