Direct supervisor is amazing and my manager was great. Now with the new scheduling the overnight manager and other sales floor manger are over us and I hate it. I put in my 2 weeks today

should be fired. is stepping down in a couple weeks but still threatening people with coaching . Likely will still try to boss people around after stepping down. Once they made it known they were stepping down management should have stripped them of authority so that itch to coach does not become overwhelming before June 22. Managers who make known they are stepping down give up keys that very moment in order to prevent them from doing things vindictively in their last moments as a manager. This lead should have been made to step down when they made their intentions known. Sounds like a call to ethics needs placed.

A 2 faced market manager butt kisser.

Acts like she knows it all then changes her story when it doesn't work in her favor. Tries to be encouraging to your face then talks trash about you behind your back to her favorite associates.

Buy hey, as long as she pretends to be busy then it's true right?

Two years ago we had some of the best management team around. They took the time to get to know us and genuinely cared about us. Now we're on our 3rd Cm and she barely leaves her office let alone knows anyone's name. Coaches walk by and dont even look at you. They love to bark and talk down to people over the walkie all day long though. Its sickening what's going.

0 out of 10, F for failure. Leading by threats, lies, and intimidation. They show favoritism and humiliate the rest. MX voices show what the members think of management so I wonder if home office sees that or even if they do anything about it.
