Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Two Alike?

It seems JPMC is laying off with the same velocity of Wells Fargo. Although the scandals are not as publicized as at Wells Fargo I'm sure they have their own "issues."

Any employees here can shed light into the chaos or is JPMC needing to layoff just to boost their balance sheets?

In my department a manager was made was made "VP of Alternative Site Opportunities" not hard to figure out the plan. I'm sure the plan will ultimately fail, but not before a lot of people lose their jobs. Welcome to the Jungle...

It happened to me. I had to train my replacement for at least a month to get my severance. Apparently this is legal.

You cannot imagine how humiliating it is!

Live and die by the sword. They caught a worker in India taking pictures of his computer screen with his iPhone. Major privacy breach! Can you imagine how many others in India ops are doing the same thing?

Well anyone who gets laid off should anonymously give an interview or supply evidence of misconduct to a major newspaper like the LA Times or NY Times. That's how Wells Fargo got brought down to its knees.

They probably have as much dirt as Wells Fargo but haven't been caught yet.
