Alot stuff that people was saying is coming to pass. It's your choice to make a decision. Nothing and mean nothing is guaranteed at this point. If you waiting on severance package than forget unless you in management position. This company is trying to save money. Go well you have time left. Make sure you pick a job that be around for at least 5yrs to 10yrs, because alot job aren't come around these days because of Amazon and online sales. Good Luck!

Store manager told me last year he will be taking pay cut for second year in a row. He said NPS scores mean nothing because no bonuses. Imagine in one year taking a $16,000.00 pay cut but expected to do more with fewer people and hrs.. Associates are also being burnt by less hrs., more work load, and being responsible for the payment of their flu shots. No warning. No one believed it till I showed them my paperwork. I wonder how the people with no ins. are going to manage to pay for their shots.. Now to show just how much corp hates it's employees, on Oct. 25 they are having a thank you, 40% off store brand, 25% off name brand. The clincher is that you can't use it in store. Only on line and phone app.. Store manager said he won't get flu shot if he has to pay. For me, next year I'll go to Kroger or Rite Aid, not one cent to walgreens...

So it's 100% that we get no manager bonus this year?

Bonus plan is zero. I can’t even think they will reinstate this anytime in the future. Cost cutting, equates to no bonuses. Might as well get used to it.

Work together as a team, hit all of your metrics, and then sit back and wait for the money to roll in...until, like last year, the company misses its fiscal goals then you did all that work and get nothing. It is a scam. Do good for the company and you will be rewarded, but nothing about the projections I have seen this year even alludes to the company meeting its goals. I suspect that the company multiplier was instituted as a way to get out of paying bonuses while still being able to dangle the carrot in front of the staff to get them to run a race they will never win. Shady cost cutting. The result will be k--ling the motivation of the company’s top performers who are responsible for a good portion of the profits thus perpetuating this downward spiral of missing metrics, making less money, and reinforcing the need for more cost cutting which starts the cycle all over again. I saw it coming and jumped ship last October. I have not regretted it. If you do it smart you will not regret it either.

If we work together as a team we will be enjoying the results of our effort, so I’m positive we will get a big chunk of the bonus!!
