Every work center will meet with SRO's daily @7:25 a.m. sharp to receive news updates etc. Your SRO's will now be responsible for keeping your technical equipment ,updated, operational and will be teaching tech's daily, the new things that CTL will have in store for you. There will be new meters, locators etc. All technicians will be cross trained in all aspects of the job
You will receive quarterly bonuses up to $3000.oo tax free dependent on you TPH count. you will now work 4 12 hour days weekly . There will be no call outs, and no need for seniority. It will be beneficial to all. Everyone in the company will receive 6 weeks paid vacation, 17 sick days, and 5 floating holidays . there will no longer be a need for a Union as CTL will give yearly pay raises guaranteed at 5% each and every year
Full retirement will be given at age 60.Furthermore the company will provide you with FREE medical, Dental, and vision, along with chiropractic. CTL intends on replacing any and all cable that is damaged, or not capable of handling 200 gig service. This will be on ALL copper, in ALL areas. Any and ALL IPC'S that have been created will be filled .
