Guys like Charlie must feel really inferior to entrepreneurs who had a dream and started their companies from the ground up. Jeff Bezos would be, like, "What do you know about having a great idea and building a company from the ground up? (nothing)"
One is a true American visionary, the other is nothing but a golf-club CEO -- who got is position by pretending to be a visionary, and through his connections in the incestuous financial industry.
Love what you've done for employee morale, Charlie! Even the ancient Romans knew morale was important. You run the company like a Jewish deli -- give them cheap product, frighten the employees into rowing harder, haggle over pennies, and keep as much for yourself as possible.
What an American hero!
