Why the f-&k would anyone strike !!! Get a number .... your a number on a roster!!! That’s how it is... that’s all anyone on those rosters are.. you knew this before you hired ... lay offs happen.... shut downs happen... it’s just sad that snowflake millennials didn’t learn this real life lesson. Stop crying about stock... business... the company has so much money ... that money is not for you it’s to keep there business running how they see fit... not you... if employees stopped b---s---ting all day about how “messed up this shop is” well guess what it’s coming true... it is messed up.. weather the storm find a different job or don’t live beyond your means .... do not strike.. !!!! The company.. unions.. owe you nothing.. nothing will change and life goes on.... bosses will get there bonus ... what can you do about it other than complain and give everyone something to gossip about !!!
Since PSR is partially based on time then what every craft needs to do now is STRIKE!!!! Then we will see how great PSR works without the people that's been the backbone of all railroads. But I suspect that if given the chance to that everyone would do exactly what the company is doing, only for themselves. Force these so called unions to do what they've never done........ protect the people that pay them!!!!!!!
