Block Scheduling is coming. Not much anyone can do about it. Yet, the people I talk to have all gotten different meetings, and have been told different things. The truth is, it doesn't matter if you are a long term associate, it doesn't matter if you have things that are going on in your life, kids, another job, family responsibilities. A schedule that worked in your favor in the past means nothing anymore. They want your life now. They don't care about anything but money, you are just a body that can be replaced in a minute. The real truth is, if you are an a-- kisser, or a friends with the store manager, then things will work out in your favor. You get the days off you desire, and you can pretty much do what you want. So what I am telling you is that Sam's Club doesn't care anymore. So if you can't change this up and coming disaster that will eventually fail, than change your situation in your life. Change how you view the situation, and look to get out of there. It's not going to be good. I repeat they don't care how many years you proudly display on your badge. They would love to show you the door in a heartbeat. Stop thinking that this place cares about you, your life, family or anything that goes on with you the associate who works hard everyday that makes the store look good, while the managers sit back and take all the credit.
