They're playing the system while leaving Idaho in the stone age.
This round of voluntary early retirement exercise is another laying-off of old guard after last October exercise, after which this CEO took over since 2017. Don’t think this will stop till the last old staff was being chop off.
Furthermore, no reporting to the related government agencies needed, as this two round of exercises is not a company lay-off.
