No raise for MSS going to MSS lead if over $15 already?????

Makes no sense at all.If this would have happened a few months ago we would have received a raise. Walmart makes the rules as they go to their advantage. I AM SO DONE!!

Fulltime Tires to Member Service Lead? If over 15? It doesn’t make sense to not get a raise if taking a lead position...

It makes no sense at all. Would have been a 10% raise prior. Why do new associates get the lead raise but not the older ones? Who do we talk to about this?

Since MSS are being moved to the new pay-grade the only way to get an increase is to be below the minimum.
