mgmt knew ftc was going to go against qcom.. they took their bonuses as soon as apple was resolved. we can't trust this greedy / cunning mgmt anymore.. why wait.
look at MSFT , it's at 1 Trillion market cap.. they must be thanking their stars they didn't give the reins over to SM
