Are there any cores out there having issues getting their overtime pay or not getting paid at all?

@ZugSNEp-1nqu you are entitled OT pay if you physically worked over 40 hours in a set work week. If they are not allowed OT, hopefully they are not working over 40 hours in that work week. But yes... if you are an hourly employee, physically putting in over 40 hours per week, you are legally entitled to OT Pay at 1.5 the rate. If this is not the case, L&I will happily help you get your money back. A long time ago, I had to go back 10 years and catch up former and current employees for my former employer.
Unless you are exempt (salary) you are entitled to OT. Contact your dept of Labor
We do not get overtime. I’m here until I find something better. My choice so I will have to deal with this change and any inconveniences until I secure new employment. If your not getting paid it’s probably time to move on.
