The only TeamLead left is Marketing/Membership. When is that going away. It was mentioned on this site that shortly after June 22. So tired of being told one thing then they do what they want.

They will just “merge” you now that they’ve got that figured out. Another way to stick it to us! That seems to be their main goal these days.
Not going away just given a new job description. No more severance except TL and management.

They will definitely not offer severance
Doesn't look like they're doing those anymore. If they just absorb the position into another then they very well may not offer severance.
