International Unions Asleep at the Wheel

Norfolk Southern Management at the Juniata shops are throwing all code 3 work out and outsourcing component shops=layoffs?? This goes against the contract language. If class 1 railroad Union's don't give us the representation we bargained for and deserve then maybe all class 1 railroad members need to get together with the Department of Labor Relations and start a class action lawsuit. Nothing like taking care of your most valuable assets, bargaining in bad faith should be a crime. Where's Jimmy Hoffa?

All Union's need to be sued for misrepresentation and embezzling membership funds.

The union just protects the people who dont work . They should get involved in making people work or dismissing them. So were not driving prices up and giving work away. That will keep our jobs from being outsourced

My experience with the unions in conway is you might as well have a company officer for representation. They have there own personal fueled objectives. A few of them are so far up the shop managers butt they are like a puppet, what ever he says, sign it, take it, its not worth the fight. The only one worth anything is the electrican union guy, should have been a electrician

These Unions are completely worthless. Looks like RWUnis the only hope for representation.
