With no raise I certainly will not be answering my phone to come unlock the door at 4 am on my day off if my partner lead calls out. Forget it.

Why should you get a raise for holding keys? As a Lead, when I had the keys I literally only needed them 2-3 times per shift. More if closing for trash. We get paid for 8 hours of work.....get over yourselves.

Why give a raise when everyone will continue to do it for the same pay? They might complain about it, but they will keep doing it...

I don’t think anyone was banking on us getting a raise. Nothing about this company has show us they are willing to accurately compensate people for anything

That all ended the day the geniuses decided everyone barely standing up for an hour at the door gets the same raises as role models.

Be careful asking that on here, all the keyboard warriors will bash you and act like it’s unreasonable to ask about a raise. From my experience, key holders isn’t that big of a deal, but that can change to a problem for most very quickly when they start adding higher level responsibilities without compensation. Night leads have been mostly key carriers for years and they never got any more pay that other leads other than their O/N differential. You can hope for a pay raise but you better be careful what you wish for bet on there being more responsibility than just carrying a few keys on a clip
