The good ol' capitalism where big business can screw everyone over to make a profit. Something needs to change.
The dummy that made the China comment is the same guy that will still be there when Lowes closes.
Your point of reference should be places in the United States since this is where we work and are slaved at Lowes. It is not an appropriate comparison to look at a communist or third world country. Our country is not supposed to allow things that go on at Lowes like verbal abuse, discrimination, making people do heavy work without spotters or assistance, being asked to hide information or not report via workmen's comp, calling people names by management, etc. So the one referencing China, etc., should move there and be happy. This is the United States and we rightfully have different expectations for our jobs and our rights.
not a single person in ANY position has anything good to say. Even our store manager openly criticizes corp to employees and our asm said "f**k Marvin" right to us. And hes right.
every1 is looking to leave, including customers. the new roll outs make no sense and do not serve the customer as they state. they are all liars. right through their teeth.
Lowes and it’s management, from a department supervisor up to Marvin and everyone else in between have a major creditibility problem; no one believes a word they say.
Saying Lowe’s and ethics together is like saying “moist cottage cheese” in the bedroom. It’s just not a good idea.

no, lowes is the worst. no policy, no procedure. its a free for all. we even went as high as j weber, the highest HR of the company asnd she too doesntr give AF.

ah struck a nerve....either because lowes pails in comparison to the slave labor factories of other countries or because ya'll love your iphones so much. either way theres also still plenty of places in america that are worse than lowes. go ahead and down vote....ill keep pushing for change for all workers, here and abroad, that are subject to the abuses of corporate greed.
