Have THEY announced what “transition” time they will be issuing in January? All the signs are pointing to a significant reduction in available “Personal time off”,all of the senior folks that have vested time are being reset.
You can dress up the pig and say that senior people will earn time quicker,but look at the big picture folks.......what else are THEY able to TAKE from you? I’m not a lawyer,but I’m pretty certain that these announcements or “on notice” meetings are to satisfy checking a box and not to facilitate transition into practice. All employees are being treated like s---ers.
