The law against taking earned time would only apply to accrual time for this year that was already given at start of year.
For example, start the year with 15 days, use 9, policy changes mid year that you only get 10. They cant reduce your remaining balance for this year to 1 day, you will keep the 6, but they can legally tell you it will be 10 next year.

Its against the law to take any earned vac, there lawyers already told them that, they cannot take any vac that is grandfathered in, now they are waiting till october, hmm seems strange to me. They are still looking for a loophole, lay me off and be done with it,

Those making decisions for animal care, and all the decisions they're making to run us out of here, they aren't bothered a bit - they get paid whether they stay here orl leave, and, per public records, they're paid 6 figures. The hourly people matter less than the animals in the parks.
