Transition time

Have THEY announced what “transition” time they will be issuing in January? All the signs are pointing to a significant reduction in available “Personal time off”,all of the senior folks that have vested time are being reset.

You can dress up the pig and say that senior people will earn time quicker, but look at the big picture folks.......what else are THEY able to TAKE from you? I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty certain that these announcements or “on notice” meetings are to satisfy checking a box and not to facilitate transition into practice. All employees are being treated like s---ers.

The law against taking earned time would only apply to accrual time for this year that was already given at start of year.
For example, start the year with 15 days, use 9, policy changes mid year that you only get 10. They cant reduce your remaining balance for this year to 1 day, you will keep the 6, but they can legally tell you it will be 10 next year.

Its against the law to take any earned vac, there lawyers already told them that, they cannot take any vac that is grandfathered in, now they are waiting till october, hmm seems strange to me. They are still looking for a loophole, lay me off and be done with it,

Too bad animal activists don't give a damn about the people who are actually affected.

Those making decisions for animal care, and all the decisions they're making to run us out of here, they aren't bothered a bit - they get paid whether they stay here orl leave, and, per public records, they're paid 6 figures. The hourly people matter less than the animals in the parks.

There’s another post about what the new policy will be.

And be forewarned, there’s plenty more for them to take next year. But yet everyone is too afraid to stand up and fight. But I get it, we need our jobs. This is THE worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life. The public is concerned about how we treat our animals? They should only know how they treat their hourly employees. That is the real

disgusting fact.
